Real Food.
Made From Scratch
At Sevan Chicken Roosserie, everything is fresh and made daily, the old-fashioned way — because good food just tastes better whenit's real. We marinate and roast our chicken in-house; we make our rice, salads, sauces, and sides from scratch, and yes, we even cook the garbanzo beans for our hummus and the pinto beans for our side orders. No canned ingredients, no heat lamps, no microwaves - just fresh, honest food made with care (and a lot of love).
Whether it's a quick lunch or a family feast, you'll always get fresh, flavorful food you can feel good about.

We love the food and hope you will continue to serve our mountain community! The chicken soup is so healthy and freshly made and delicious! If you are sick it will literally heal you. They have the chicken cooking on skewers all day and it is tender and delightful to eat.. their salads are also excellent. Love their homemade ranch dressing! The best sauce to go with their chicken is a garlic sauce. Prices are good and I eat here often. I order it often over the phone and it is ready by the time I get there and I love only three blocks away. Workers are kind and helpful. Their lunch special is the best deal. And their rice actually has good flavor and goes nicely with the chicken. Their dolma is also quite good. Just come try it once and you too will be hooked!
